Password Complexity Requirements

Creating new user accounts and editing current user passwords will now require at least 12 characters, one digit (0-9), one uppercase letter (A-Z), and one lower case letter (a-z).
Previous user passwords will remain the same/unchanged.
Evolve will be enforcing a password change upon logging-in at a later date in the future.
Edits to user profiles such as skillset, regions, attributes, and user information will not force a password change at this time.
